Area Attractions
Saratoga
Besides being home to the oldest race track in the country, Saratoga is the summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra. Both perform at The Saratoga Performing Arts Center, which is also the home of the Saratoga Jazz Festival and a popular music series, featuring the likes of the Dave Matthews Band. For such a small city, Saratoga's night life is beyond outstanding. From Caffe Lena, America's oldest Coffee House to haute cuisine at The Gideon Putnam, there is something for every taste.
Museums
Within an hours drive of Dèja View Farm are some of the nation's best small museums. Saratoga is home to The National Dance Museum, The National Racing Museum and The Tang Museum, a new fine arts museum located on the campus of Skidmore College. In nearby northwest Massachusetts you'll find the Williams College Museum of Art and the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Museum in Williamstown. North Adams is home to The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
